What to Expect After You Book
Once your session is confirmed — whether online, by phone, or through the form above — here is exactly what happens before you arrive at the studio.
1. Confirmation You receive an immediate booking confirmation with your date, time, and session details. If you booked online through Acuity, it goes to the email address you used at booking.
2. Preparation Guide Before your session you receive our preparation guide for your specific session type — what to wear, what to bring, and how to plan your looks. Corporate clients receive wardrobe guidance for business headshots. Acting clients receive the full actor preparation guide. Branding clients receive guidance on styling and what to bring for a multi-look session.
3. Personal Wardrobe Consultation Clients booked on full branding sessions or the Agency Submission Package for actors receive a personal wardrobe consultation call or text with Rez before their session date.
4. Your Session Arrive at 5205 Gravois Ave 5 to 10 minutes before your start time. We spend a few minutes on goals and wardrobe, then get to work. Sessions run between one and two hours depending on your package and the number of looks.
5. Same-Day Image Selection You review and choose your images on a large studio monitor before you leave. You walk out knowing exactly what is being retouched and when it arrives — no waiting, no guessing.
6. Retouched and Delivered Within 24–48 Hours Final images delivered in high resolution within 24 to 48 hours. Formatted for LinkedIn, company websites, casting platforms, and print. Unlimited usage rights included with every session.

How quickly do you respond to messages and emails?

Can you accommodate a large team or company-wide headshot day?

Do you photograph teen actors and young performers?
Yes. We regularly photograph teenage actors, students auditioning for COCA and Webster Conservatory, and young performers building their first professional portfolio. A parent or guardian is required in the studio for the full duration of the session.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
